The Herald NG would like to offer an unreserved apology for the error in publishing the picture of the First Lady of Lagos state, Bolanle Ambode as Bola Shagaya, in the 6th of November 2016 article titled, “EFCC Freezes Socialite, Bola Shagaya’s N500m Unity Bank Account”.
We sincerely apologize for any embarrassment this error might have caused the First Lady, her family and especially the Executive Governor of Lagos state, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode.
The picture in question has been taken down immediately it was brought to our notice.
We would greatly appreciate the kind acceptance of our sincere and deepest apologies.
