The Niger Delta Avengers have yet again blown up oil installations belonging to Chevron.
The recent attack was made known in a statement issued by the spokesperson of the group.
According to Mudoch Agbingbo, the militant spokesperson, the attack was carried out between 10:50 pm and 11:10 pm on Wednesday night.
The statement released to its effect reads: “Between the hours of 10.50pm and 11.10 pm our (Niger Delta Avengers) strike team blew up Chevron Manifolds. The manifolds are RMP 22, 23 and 24”
Recall that the militant group, prior to this attack, shifted base to Rivers state where it blew up the NNPC pipeline at Eleme leading to NLNG.
