After big brother shocked both viewers and housemates with a surprise nomination and immediate eviction, Amaka became the 8th evicted housemate on the show on Monday.
Unfortunately, Amaka earned the most nominations from her fellow housemates and she was immediately evicted from the house.
It is also noteworthy that the fake housemates’ and riders’ votes were not counted and neither were the nominations for them valid.
Her eviction was just the climax of what seemed like a generally unfortunate day for Amaka. She, alongside Chizzy who was careless with his microphone and transmitter, had also been punished earlier for damaging the microwave. She had also earlier been exposed as the one who dropped a used pad on the bed to the viewers in a conversation between Daniella and Allysyn.
This twist of events came as a shock to her fans who believe that they should have been given a chance to vote and save her from eviction. However, some of them are still hopeful that it is perhaps a fake eviction although that seems unlikely.
Nevertheless, the game is the game. Sometimes, it may not always be a clear, straight path to victory.
The housemates nominated for possible eviction this week are; Sheggz, Phyna, Hermes, Bryann, Adekunle, Bella, Chichi, Chomzy, Daniella, Diana, Doyin, Eloswag, Giddyfia, and Groovy.
