Bianca Refuses To Confirm Death Of Ojukwu’s Son In Lagos On Saturday

Nigeria’s former Ambassador to Spain, Mrs Bianca Ojukwu has declined to confirm the rumoured death of Debe Sylvester Ojukwu, the first son of her late husband.

Debe Ojukwu reportedly died in a Lagos hospital on Friday at the age of 62.

The Punch quoted Amb, Ojukwu as saying that it was not in her place to disclose such information.

“According to our tradition, it is not my role to make such announcements. We have elders in the family, who have such duties and functions. It’s not part of my duties,” she was quoted as saying.
