Former Minister of Education and #BringBackOurGirls, BBOG, activist Oby Ezekwesili has warned the media against referring to Mohammed also known as Amir as rescued Amina Ali’s husband.
The Former Education Minister made this known in a post on her social media page where she pointed out that the parents of the abducted girl did not bless the union neither did they give her hand out in marriage to the terrorist.
She tweeted: “From now I shall call out any media house that says or writes ‘her Boko Haram Husband’ for that ‘predator’ violated Amina Ali. Get ready.
She further added, “Did the media not know that #AminaAli’s parents did not give her hand out for marriage? She’s a victim of abduction and sexual violence.”
