Breakdown: How FG Plans to Spend N350bn Set Aside for Capital Projects

The Federal Government had on Thursday confirmed that it would be releasing N350bn for capital projects as indicated in the budget which President Muhammadu Buhari signed last week.

The Minister for Budget and National Planning, Senator Udo Udoma explained this and stated that all the funds couldn’t be released at once neither would all the projects be ready for execution immediately but that it would get done.

According to Newshelm.com, the Federal Government have released a comprehensive list of what projects the money will go to. Some of the projects are those yet to be completed which will be and other are those which will just be started.

2. Lagos-Ibadan Express (N40bn)

3. Benin-Sagamu Express (N8.7bn)

4. Gombe-Numan-Yola (N2.8bn)

5. Enugu-Onitsha (N5.5bn)

6. Ibadan-Ilorin(N6bn)

7. Second Niger Bridge (N13bn)

8. Odukpani-Itu-Ikot Ekp. (N6bn)

9. Ilorin-Jebba-Mokwa (N4.4bn)

10. Sokoto-Tambuwal-Kontagora-Makira (N8.8bn)

11. Oju/Loko n Bridge (N14.2bn)

12. Kano-Katsina (N2.6 bn)

13. Sapele-Agbor Ewu (N2 bn)

14. Apapa-Oshodi-Oworoshok (N5b)
