Chaos as Fans of late DJ Arafat open coffin and undress Arafat’s corpse

Following hours of tribute at the Felix Houphouet-Boigny Stadium where the funeral of Ivorian Musician, DJ Arafat took place, Chaos was unleashed when fans broke into the Williamsville cemetery in Abidjan and forced open his coffin, in a bid to ascertain if the corpse was truly DJ Arafats’.

The fans dug open the fresh grave and tore the cloths of the deceased to check for distinctive tattoos.

The Police in their attempt to stop fans, fired teargas  into the air. This did not go down well with the wild fans as they turned on the police causing a huge fight to break out.

DJ Arafat was an award-winning Musician known as King of coupé-décale, a popular dance move in Côte d’Ivoire. The 33 year-old Artiste died in a road accident involving a motorcycle on August 12, 2019.
