It was a case of Jungle Justice in Obieruku, Ukwani LGA of Delta State on Saturday as a young woman was publicly shamed and humiliated by a gang of female cultists for sleeping with her close friend’s boyfriend.
According to report, the said girlfriend caught her friend in the act with her boyfriend and decided to teach her a lesson she’ll not forget in a hurry.
It was gathered that Ifeoma, 20, who was stripped unclad and photos circulated had a disagreement with her father, an act which made her relocate to a friend’s place. While staying at her friend, Faith’s place, it was gathered that Faith’s boyfriend came visiting from Asaba, meeting his girlfriend’s absence, one thing led to another and both Ifeoma and Faith’s boyfriend (name withheld) were caught in the act.
The boyfriend, upon getting caught alleged that Ifeoma, his girlfriend’s friend seduced him with her skimpy wear.
Faith who wasn’t supposed to return home on the night she caught her friend and her boyfriend having a go at it was reported to have sent Ifeoma packing, and after some days recruited the cultists to deal with her publicly.
The attack was conducted on Ifeoma’s way to church, reports have it that she was given a thorough beating before taking pictures and circulation withing the community.
