The Legendary Nigerian female footballer and four-time African Women’s Footballer of the Year, Perpetua Nkwocha is married!
She exchanged marital vows with her fiancee, Ernest Ikechukwu Nwufor, in Owerri, Imo State yesterday March 28, 2016.
The marriage ceremony, which kicked off with a church wedding before moving to the bride’s family house for the traditional wedding, had relatives, friends and fans of the soccer star in attendance.
Nkwocha, who previously played for Swedish club Sunnana Sk, is currently the coach of Clemensnas IF from Swedish Women’s Football Division 2. She’s also a member and captain of Nigeria women’s national team.
