Today’s throwback pictures is of the current President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari and Comptroller General of the Customs Retd. Colonel Hammed Ali. Both were looking alot younger in the pictures.
President Buhari at the time was sporting a grey native outfit while Hammed Ali was looking sharp in his Military uniform.
As evident from the picture, it is clear that Hameed Ali is not big on smiles, while President Buhari was good looking.
