Real Madrid are close to completing the signing of Manchester United striker Javier Chicharito Hernandez on a season-long loan.
The European Champions were linked with Monaco’s Radamel Falcao and Manchester City’s Alvaro Negredo but Carlo Ancelotti has decided to go with the Mexican.
Chicharito will be signed as a backup to their star striker Karim Benzema and is seen as a player who can add extra goals for the team in the course of the season.
The player was never able to establish himself in United’s starting since he moved to the club in 2010 and sees a move to the Los Blancos as an opportunity to prove himself as a player
