Former US President Bill Clinton has been named in newly-unsealed documents involving the ordeal of late disgraced financier, Jeffrey Epstein.

In the documents, one of Epstein’s prominent accusers, Virginia Roberts claimed in an April 2011 interview that the former president visited Epstein’s infamous private isle in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

She explained that during his visit to the isle, Clinton was seen with two women and Epstein joked that he had the former president in his pockets.

“You know, I remember asking Jeffrey what’s Bill Clinton doing here [on the island],” she told a lawyer in the interview, a transcript of which was part of the unsealed documents.

She said Epstein laughed off the question and stated, “Well, he owes me a favor.”

“He never told me what favors they were,” she added. “I never knew. I didn’t know if he was serious. It was just a joke.”

Although she did not directly accuse Clinton of any wrongdoing, Roberts noted that sexual orgies were a common practice in Epstein’s isle at the time Clinton visited.

Asked who else was on the isle when Clinton visited, Roberts identified British socialite and known Epstein associate, Ghislaine Maxwell and one lady called Emmy, believed to the Epstein’s former assistant, Emmy Tayler.

“And there was two young girls that I could identify. I never really knew them well anyways. It was just 2 girls from New York,” Roberts said.

Asked if all of them, including Clinton, were staying in Epstein’s mansion on the island, she said, “That’s correct.”

She added, “He had about 4 or 5 different villas on his island separate from the main house, and we all stayed in the villas.”
