  • Olive oil

Avocados contain vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, including magnesium, lutein, potassium, vitamins A, D, E, and K  and folate. And these nutrients have mind and brain improving, body boosting and energy building properties that can keep you sharp and active for an extended period of time.   • Dark and leafy green vegetables

There is an emphasis on “dark and leafy” because these type is usually more nutrient-dense than the others. Eating these leafy greens will help you rid of this conditions and improve your cognitive function.

Seafood, particularly salmon contains huge amounts of omega-3 fatty acid and this nutrient is known to effectively fight off brain fatigue.
