UI College of Medicine Provost, Deputy Test Negative

The Provost and Deputy Provost, College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, who had tested positive to COVID-19,  have now been confirmed free of the dreaded disease.

This followed a repeat test that was conducted which returned negative.

The Public Relations Officer of University College Hospital, Ibadan, Mr Toye Akinrinlola, made this known to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday in Ibadan.

NAN recalls that the provost, Prof. Oluwabunmi Olapade-Olaopa had revealed on Sunday that he and his deputy, Prof. Obafunke Denloye, tested positive for the viral disease.
