Popular Nigerian comedian Bovi has explained why he relocated his children abroad. In a recent episode of the ‘Uncolored’ podcast, Bovi stated that the Nigerian educational system’s acceptance of bullying led to his decision.
Bovi revealed that his children have been living in the UK for two years, initially starting with his first son’s boarding school experience. He expressed concerns about the bullying culture in Nigerian schools, which prompted him to seek alternative education options abroad.
The comedian also discussed the mass migration of Nigerians abroad, attributing it to the country’s lack of enabling environment for professionals, particularly doctors. He emphasized that the government needs to address these issues to stem the tide of migration.
