Corps member goes missing in Edo

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has launched a search operation for one Akhigbe Eromosele, a corps member who went missing in Edo State.

The NYSC leadership assured the family that the scheme would do everything possible to reunite him with his parents.

The NYSC Director-General, Brig Gen Shuaibu Ibrahim, who met with Eromosele’s family members in Auchi, Edo State, noted that the police and other security agencies were making efforts to rescue the lost corp member.on the matter.

“Efforts are in top gear with all security agencies to find your son and to reunite him with the family. We will bring him back home safely and he will come to the comfort of his family,” the DG said

While receiving the DG on behalf of the family, the mother, Mrs Dora Akhigbe, and the elder brother to the missing corps member, Mr Jerry Akhighe, thanked the NYSC DG for the visit.
