Justice Ojukwu adjourned the trial to Friday, December 6, over the failure of the prosecution to comply with her order of November 6 directing them to serve some documents on the defence counsel, Mr Femi Falana (SAN). She then issued a cost of #100,0000 against the prosecution for sloppiness and imposing “frivolous adjournments” on the court.
