Kingdom Citizenship

DAILY PERSONAL CONFESSION:

May the peace of God rest upon my soul, being and existence. The truth of the LORD has set me free from all evil lies of the enemy.

I will never be a subject to the negative device of the wicked one and this wicked world. I am above always because Jehovah Nissi is my Father.

I am favoured, blessed cleansed renew and restored therefore no evil sickness or disease can penetrate into my being. Jehovah is my king and strength, and I will forever be joyful and filled with praise. Hallelujah!

Memorise : Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God Jn 3:5

Jonah 3:1-10 1 And the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the second time, saying,

2 Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee.

3 So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the Lord. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days’ journey.

4 And Jonah began to enter into the city a day’s journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.

5 So the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them.

6 For word came unto the king of Nineveh, and he arose from his throne, and he laid his robe from him, and covered him with sackcloth, and sat in ashes.

7 And he caused it to be proclaimed and published through Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying, Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste any thing: let them not feed, nor drink water:

8 But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily unto God: yea, let them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in their hands.

9 Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not?

10 And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.

Bible in one year: Luke 10:25-28, 2nd Samuel 13-15

Message

d not ask Jesus to tell him he could enter the Kingdom of God; he merely praised Him. However, Jesus knew that Nicodemus needed to be shown, like us all, how to get to Heaven, so He said “… verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.”

Jesus knew that any praise that would lead to the Kingdom of God must be packaged in the garment of salvation. He once told His audience.

“Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 7:21

Beloved, have you been blown away by the recent wind of liberalism? Have you been engaging in endless arguments on what is or what is not true about the Kingdom of God and the hope of eternal life? It will do you no good.

Some argue that being born again may not be immediately evident – forgetting that the Bible says “by their fruits ye shall know them” (Matthew 7:20). This confirm that being born again has to be evident.

Jesus queried in Luke 6:46: “And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?” Our citizenship in the kingdom of Heaven is based on obedience to the Kingdom ‘constitution’ – the Bible. Anyone who says the Bible is outdated is obviously no longer a citizen of the Kingdom.

1st John 3:7 says he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as He is righteous. Hence, answering Biblical names or ministerial titles are not requirements for being a Kingdom citizen, rather, regeneration and a new life of holiness in Christ are.

Prayer Points

Father, please help me to maintain the requirements for Your Kingdom’s citizenship.

Please donot  cast me out of Your Kingdom in the mighty name of Jesus.
