Davido Donates N1.8M To Rwandan Music School

Popular Nigerian singer Davido is in Rwanda at the moment as part of the African leg of his 30billion tour and while in the East-African country, he travelled to go and visit a music school in Kigali.

Upon arriving there and before he took to the stage to perform to the delight of many of the students, the superstar singer announced that he would be donating the sum of $5000 (N1.8m) to help develop the school. He also took to his Twitter page to share why he did so.

The DMW boss also gave out free tickets to all the students of the school to his concert that held later that day. See what he wrote on Twitter below:“As I always say “WE RISE BY LIFTING OTHERS “ Visited a music school in Rwanda today, the beautiful bright spirit of the people I met there motivated me to donate to their future! One Love, Worldwide ! #30BG.”

 

While climbing the stage for his show in Rwanda, Davido fell awkwardly but later stood up to give an amazing performance.
