Multiple-award winning music star, Davido has vowed to distribute N500,000 to his fans later this evening.
The DMW record label boss stated this in a tweet via his verified Twitter handle to his 6.8 million followers on Wednesday.
However, he said the giveaway would take place via Instagram Live by 9 pm today.
He tweeted, “Let’s give out 500k today IG LIVE 9pm”

The self-acclaimed Omo Baba Olowo is a philanthropist noted for regularly giving monetary gifts to his fans on social media.
But The Herald recalls that the musician in April explained that he could not do a giveaway at the time because of lack of shows amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
When a fan @cythianthebread tweeted at him to do a giveaway like his fellow celebrities on Twitter, he responded, “No money for now,.., no show insight abeg..we all dey here together!” he wrote.
A fellow musician, Douglas Jack Agu aka Runtown doled out N10 million to fans in March to help them stock up ahead of COVID-19-induced lockdown.
