Most of the delegates at the National Conference are grandfathers, grandmothers and in some case even have great grand children, so it comes as no surprise that one of their favorite past times is napping. Meanwhile the Nigerian taxpayer is bankrolling this sleeping activities to the tune of N7 billion.
