Nigerian disc jockey, DJ Jimmy Jatt, has shared his harrowing health experiences, including losing his sight in 2020 and undergoing a kidney transplant.
In a recent interview on Channels TV’s “Rubbin Minds” with Ebuka, DJ Jimmy Jatt revealed that his health issues began in 2020 when he lost his sight. After undergoing surgery to regain his sight, he was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease.
DJ Jimmy Jatt explained that he had relocated to the United States, where he underwent dialysis before returning to Nigeria for a kidney transplant. He attributed his kidney ailment to diabetes, noting that lifestyle is not always the cause of kidney disease.
The DJ, who has been quiet in the music scene, stated that he has been recovering and is now back in Nigeria, ready to resume his music career.
