Ebony Life TV CEO, Mo Abudu Reacts To Report Linking Her To $50million Recovered By EFCC

The CEO Of Ebony life TV, Mo Abudu has reacted to reports linking her to the $50 million found by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC at an Ikoyi apartment.

Recall that the money had been alleged to belong to several persons including former Peoples Democratic Party, PDP chairman, Ahmadu Adamu Mu’azu, PDP Chieftain, Tony Anenih’s daughter and a former MD of NNPC, Esther Nnamdi-Ogbue.

Mo Abudu in reaction to the report which linked her to the cash which was found in the Ikoyi apartment has issued an official statement via her legal counsel.

Recall that the Ekiti state governor, Ayodele Fayose’s media aide, Lere Olayinka had alleged that the apartment belonged to the Tranport Minister, Rotimi Amaechi who gave one of the apartments to his ‘girlfriend’ Mo Abudu.

In reaction, Mo Abudu through her legal counsel noted that she did not receive the apartment as a gift from the Minister, Hon. Rotimi Amaechi.

She further stated that the apartment was purchased for a fair price “in the open market”.
