The Edo State Government has confirmed one new coronavirus patient in the state.
Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki made the announcement via his official twitter page.

He tweeted: “ COVID-19 update as at 10:00 am, 14th May, 2020.
“Edo recorded one new case of coronavirus disease.
“Total number of confirmed cases – 89.
“Total number of Active cases – 72.
“13 patients have been discharged with 4 deaths recorded.
“Residents are advised to stay home, stay safe and observe social distancing.”
