El-Rufai Kneels to Beg Kogi Voters, seeks re-election for Yahaya Bello (Photos)

The drama never ends when it comes to political campaigns.Kaduna Governor Nasir El-Rufai shocked Kogi people as he kneels to beg their forgiveness, pleading for votes for Yahaya Bello  the Governorship candidate of the APC.

In a footage obtained from Channels TV, El-Rufai acknowledged that Governor Yahaya Bello may have offended some persons and groups during his first tenure but he asked that the indigenes pardon him considering his young age.

In Rufai’s words; “Many people say Yahaya Bello is young and that he has fought many people. For every one that the governor has offended, I am asking all of you to forgive him. He is young, he is supposed to make mistakes. When you are young, you make mistakes, but you are supposed to learn from him. On his behalf, I am kneeling down to beg all of you to forgive Yahaya Bello if he has offended you,” the Kaduna Governor said.

“In the past four years, the progress recorded by the APC government under Governor Yahaya Bello is more than what the PDP has tried to do in 13 years…

He implored the indigenes of Kogi to come en masse and re-elect Governor Bello for a second term

“You must all come out and support him. I beg you all.” The Kaduna Governor said.
