Emir of Bauchi’s brother found dead

Ibrahim Suleiman Adamu, the younger brother of the Emir of Bauchi, Alhaji Rilwanu Sulaiman Adamu, is dead.

Reports say that Ibrahim, who was in his early 30s, was found dead in his residence within the Emir’s palace on Thursday, January 26, two days after he was last seen alive.

He has since been buried according to Islamic rites.

Meanwhile, the Bauchi State Government commiserated with the Bauchi Emirates Council on the loss of Ibrahim.

Governor Bala Mohammed, who paid a condolence visit to the Emir’s palace on Friday, described Ibrahim’s loss as a monumental loss to the emirate.

Extending his condolences on behalf of the government and citizens of Bauchi state, the governor said his administration shared in the pain of the family of the deceased.

Governor Mohammed asked Allah to grant late Ibrahim Al Janna and give his family courage to bear the irreparable loss.
