Pastor Emmanuel Newman Edward, the General Overseer/Senior Pastor at New life Christian Center Inc, in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, took to his Facebook to encourage people to donate to his ministry in order to get blessings from God.
He told interested donors that the material gifts are needed “for the work of God” and said that anyone who donates to his ministry becomes connected to God.
He said, “Sow into our ministry and get connected” while dropping his account number on the platform and encouraging them to hurry so as to avoid the rush.
The young pastor’s Facebook account shows he has worked in various ministries as a senior Apostle and pastor before he became a General Overseer in his present church.
“Is Non of your Business,” he wrote in a Facebook post in defence of a pastor whose members allegedly gave a private jet.
