Billionaire realtor, Olu Okeowo says the South-West geopolitical zone will suffer terribly should Nigeria break up.

Okeowo spoke over the weekend in Lagos during a thanksgiving service to commemorate his birthday.

The billionaire businessman said that agents of disintegration in the South-West “don’t know what they’re saying”.

Okeowo said that the zone’s only specialty is producing “area boys and fake pastors”, while the majority of the nation’s critical infrastructure is situated “elsewhere”.

Citing an example, the real estate mogul noted that the bulk of the nation’s electricity was being generated in the north and the South-West would be adversely affected should supply from the north be cut off.

To avoid needless suffering, Okeowo said, the zone must pray for the unity of Nigeria.

”I have noticed, electricity is no longer in abundant supply because Shiroro has been surrounded. Gerreru has been surrounded. Electricity is being generated in the North. Those who are saying divide don’t know what they are saying. Even if we divide today, the gas that they would use to run any turbine comes from another area.

Unfortunately, my people here from the Southwest will be the ones to lose out most because what we have produced mostly are area boys and fake pastors. We need to pray for the unity of Nigeria.,’ Okeowo said.
