Falz and Vector’s New Single, Yakubu, Criticizes INEC Chairman

An unlikely pair we never knew we needed was the combination of Falz and Vector, where both rappers whose melodic flows are springy and coral.

The Nigerian rappers dropped a new single, Yakubu yesterday, March 30th.

The new single criticizes the illegal conducts of the INEC chairman and his team in the just concluded 2023 state and presidential election.

Alongside the beautiful track which dropped during the early hours of Thursday, March 30, Falz also dropped a colourful visual for the track on YouTube.

The visual highlights the irregularities in polling units, collation centres and the dire malpractice conducted by the INEC chairman.

The lyrics read β€œMr Yakubu! E ma n se bi fraudster, you don’t want to prosper, come and collect Oscar, 300 billion te gbΓ  lΓ³wΓ³ Γ¬joba, KΓ­ le fi se nΓ‘ sir ? You wayo the number”.

In other news, this will be Falz’s second single of the year, following his last single which dropped earlier this year, Owa, where he featured Tekno.
