Femi Fani-Kayode’s N4.9billion Fraud Case Suffers Major Setback

The N4.9 billion fraud case initiated against a former Minister of Aviation in the country, Femi Fani-Kayode by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has suffered a major setback.

The setback comes following the withdrawal of Justice Muslim Hassan of the Federal High Court in Lagos from the case.

The judge, Justice Muslim Hassan, following his withdrawal from the case ordered the return of the case file to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta.

The case will now be re-assigned to another judge by the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta as Femi Fani-Kayode and his counsels await further directives.
