Female Undergraduate Allegedly Steals N4.8m Jewelry, N120,000 From Aunt

A female undergraduate has been declared wanted by the Nigerian Police for making away with the sum of N120,000 and jewelry worth N4.8 million.

According to the Police, the wanted suspect, Oluomachi Doris Nwoke, a 300 Level student of Environmental Science at the National Open University, Nigeria, with the Matric Number: NOU143739530, was alleged to have made away with the cash and jewelry belonging to her aunt.

She was reported to have withdrew the sum of N120,000 from her aunt’s account before running away on the 8th of June 2017.

Report further revealed that the suspect’s aunt, Mrs Chigbu, took her in 7 years ago and sponsored her through Secondary School, Computer School and financed her admission into the University.
