Following the allegation that an ex-minister, Stella Oduah opened an account for her maid in which the sum of N2.5 billion was allegedly traced to, fresh allegations have cropped up.

The EFCC while addressing the N2.5 billion stash said: “Senator Oduah apparently opened the account with her housemaid’s name, image, and details without the housemaid knowing about it.”

The former minister in the new allegation has been implicated with an oil vessel estimated to be worth $13 million.

According to news agency, Sahara Reporter, a copy of the shipping and merchant vessel document obtained showed that the former minister of Aviation purchased and registered the oil tanker while in office.

The purchase of the oil tanker named SEA STERLING, with call sign 5NXF under the former aviation minister’s company, Sea Petroleum and Gas Company Ltd came some months before she was sacked by the former President Goodluck Jonathan in February 2014.
