After the shootings that tragically killed some police officers in Dallas, another one has occurred in Baton Rouge with 3 officers being cut down with another 3 at least injured in the latest shootings.
Cpl. L’Jean McKneely, a police spokesman said “We do believe there is more than one suspect,”
McKneely also revealed that at least one of the suspects had been gunned down. The assailants were wearing all black.
This shooting escalates even more the racial tensions that had been gripping the nation on the back of the murders of Eddie Castille and Alton Sterling and the possible retaliatory shooting that took place in Dallas.
According to The NewYork Times, McKneely asked people to be on the lookout saying “Just be on the lookout, Anybody in this area saw anything suspicious, please give law enforcement a call.”
