The Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III, has expressed his believe that Nigerians will continue to be in Unity despite the plague of Fulani Herdsmen around the nation.

The Sultan Speaking on Tuesday evening in a statement released by the Spokesperson of the NYSC, Mrs. Abosede Aderibigbe, said the Sultan made the remark during a courtesy call on him by the Director-General of the NYSC.

Here in Sokoto, we will continue to do what is right; we will continue to be hospitable to everyone irrespective of what happens elsewhere. Other states should replicate what we do here and the ethnic tensions won’t split our country.”

The NYSC DG, Kazaure had thanked the Sultan for his continuous support for the NYSC adding that his visit to the Royal palace was to seek the Sultan’s blessings and to canvass for the sustenance of the cordial relationship between both parties.
