Funke Akindele, actress and Deputy Governor Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has deleted all posts relating to politics and PDP from her Instagram page.
Her page now shows only media of her movie promotions and other personal posts, erasing clearly all politically associated posts.
Remember that before now, Funke Akindele was running for the seat of the Deputy Governor of Lagos, alongside governorship candidate, Abdul-Azeez Adediran aka Jandor.
In the just concluded 2023 state election, the actress and her running mate were defeated by the incumbent governor and All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate, Sanwoolu.
The elections held on Saturday, March 18.
