The official trailer for Season 8 of popular HBO show, Game of Thrones was released on Sunday and it has garnered more than 3.6 million views and 15,000 comments in less than 24 hours on Youtube alone.
According to HBO, the premiere of the last season of the multiple-award winning show is billed for April 14.
The 1.45-minute video clip shows Jon Snow, Arya Stark, and Sansa Stark in an eerie sequence in the crypts of Winterfell.
They pass by the graves of their fallen family members—including Ned Stark, Catelyn Stark, and Lyanna Stark (who’s Jon’s real mother)—before arriving to their own graves at the end of the dark corridor.
This has generated discussions that the stars could be headed for their own demise as the show wraps up.
