An accident that occurred on the Lago-Ibadan expressway has claimed 10 lives, according to reports.
The accident which occurred on Tuesday night involved a Mack Trailer and a “danfo” bus returning to Ibadan from Lagos.
It was gathered that the Danfo lost control and collided with the Mack truck. There was an eruption of flames and 10 people were killed.
It was reported that 8 badly burnt bodies were recovered from the bus and another 2 from the truck.
Oyo state FRSC Command Public Relations Officer, Mr. Tunde Onijala confirmed that about eight burnt human corpses were recovered from the scene of the accident by men of the command.
