He said boxing fans should keep their fingers crossed for a surprise package on the fight night.

“We are happy to be back and stronger for another boxing show, which will not be short of excitement and fun for boxing fans.

“We have continued to enjoy the support of our partners, Multichoice Nigeria, the owners of GOtv satellite decoders.

“Their unflinching support since our very first event in November 2014 has continued to strengthen our confidence in their passion to see to the success of the sport in Nigeria.

“Over the years we have produced many boxing champions and we just want to continue to provide that platform for our boxers to achieve more,” Alumona said.

Similarly, Chidozie Bede-Nwokoye, the Marketing Manager, Gotv-Multichoice, said they were greatly joyous to be back for the 19th edition in Lagos.

“At Gotv, we believe in the future and success of the sport and we expect nothing but another successful edition come July 14,” Bede-Nwokoye said.
