A resident of Enugu was on Saturday shot dead during the Gubernatorial and State House of Assembly elections in the state.
In a disturbing 13-second video currently circulating on the internet, some persons believed to be relatives of the deceased can be crying over his corpse.
The blood of the deceased can also be seen splattered on the ground.
The victim remains unidentified.
Meanwhile, an election observer was on Saturday shot dead by a policeman in Umuida community, Enugu Ezike, Igbo-Eze north local government area of Enugu.

The killer policeman was said to have shot the observer, whose identity is still unknown, in the head.
The incident occurred near the residence of Ayogu Eze, governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
