Following the recent killings of two black men by the United States Police Officers which sparked controversies some weeks ago, the Chicago Independent Police Review Authority has yesterday released a graphic video showing yet another killing.
The video showed how the Police shot an 18-year-old black teenager and assaulted the shot teenager until he died from his gun wounds.
The unarmed teenager identified as Paul O’Neal was shown to have fled on foot from a traffic stop which resulted in his shooting. Following the fatal shooting, the video footage further showed the police kicking Paul O’Neal in anger while calling him ‘motherf*****’.
Paul was said to be the suspected driver of a stolen car.
