Gunmen have boldly kidnapped a religious cleric along with two other persons from a crusade ground.
According to reports, the masked gunmen were reported to have kidnapped the President of the United Church of Christ in Nigeria, Rev. Emmanuel Dziggau and two other persons from their crusade ground located along the Kaduna-Abuja highway.
The kidnapping which took place yesterday morning sent other church members scampering helter skelter in search of safety.
According to a witness, the clergy man along with other church members went to the crusade ground for clearing operations in preparation for the church’s forthcoming crusade program when the masked gunmen struck.
