The 2019 Headies Awards Organizers have unveiled stunning Actress, Nancy Isime and Award-winning Star, Reminisce as Hosts for this year’s awards show.
The Headies is one of the most prestigious music awards in Nigeria. The 13th edition of the Headies is slated for October 19th, 2019. The Awards show is set to feature 29 unique music categories in recognition of the different genres of music produced all over Africa.
The Hosts made this known via their Instagram pages. @nancyisimeofficial posted a picture of herself holding two Headies Awards with the caption “God definitely wasn’t kidding when he declared it Nancy Isime Season! I’m hosting the 13th Edition of the Headies guys!!! Can you believe it? It’s about to be lit. #HostWithTheMost”
Reminisce also posted a similar picture posing with two Headies awards with the caption “O por yeah? #13thHeadies #OGB4iG”
The 29 Music Categories include: Best Recording of the Year; Best Pop Single; Producer of The Year; Best Reggae/ Dancehall Single; Best Rap Album; Best R&B/ Pop Album; Alternative Album; Best R&B Single; Best Collabo; Best Rap Single; Best Vocal Performance (Male); Best Vocal Performance (Female); Next Rate; Hip Hop World Revelation; and Lyricist on The Roll
