American musician, Chris Brown is currently being sued by an unidentified woman claiming that she was forced to perform oral sex on another lady who was on her menstrual period and also got raped by one of Chris’ friend during a party held at the musician’s house.
According to news reports, she claimed that she was invited to Chris’ party in February 2017 where she and other ladies were forced into a bedroom after having their phones seized from them and forced to “hookup” with Chris and his friend Lowell Grissom.
The alleged victim also said the party had cocaine, weed and molly supplied by the ex-boyfriend of Rihanna.
She added that she tried to leave the party but Chris’ female friend grabbed her by her throat and forced her against her will to perform oral sex on Lowell after which she was forced again to give oral sex on Chris’ friend who was on her menstrual period at that time.
The incident described as “one of the most horrific sexual assualt cases” by the victim’s attorney also had the victim raped by Chris’ friend Lowell after exiting from the restroom.
The alleged victim’s attorney, Gloria Allred, said,
She filed this lawsuit because she wants justice for herself, but she also wants to warn other young women about the potential danger to themselves if they have their phone taken away and if they go to Chris Brown’s house. She does not want any other young woman to endure the violent sexual assaults that she was forced to endure in an environment of guns and drugs.
Chris’ Lawyer, Mark Geragos, says Chris Brown is the “victim” in this $17 million lawsuit against him.
