Nigerians have trooped out en-mass on their social media platform to express their disappointment at the President, Muhammadu Buhari for urging the citizens of the country to relocate.
President Muhammadu Buhari had on Tuesday while meeting with the Niger Delta Stakeholders at the Presidential Villa in Abuja said any Nigerian is free to go into another country of their own choosing.
According to the President’s media aide, Garba Shehu, Buhari said: “We are determined to make life comfortable and affordable to all Nigerians. If anybody has a country to go to, let him go, we will stay here and salvage our country.”
In reaction to the president’s statement, Nigerians took to social media to blast the president for his insensitive words.
