Nigerian music star, Ikechukwu Eric Ahiauzu better known as Ric Hassani has cleared the air on his rumoured relationship with colleague, Waje, explaining that he does not mind a cheating partner in a relationship.
He said this in an interview with Hot FM Lagos, after the rumour of his alleged relationship with Waje circulated on social media.
Ric Hassani noted that his partner could cheat as long as she shares a close relationship with him.
The music star said he would not mind driving his partner to her lover’s residence, noting that life is meant to be enjoyed.
“Honestly, I don’t mind cheating. I mean, you have one life. If you feel like that’s what you want to do, fine, as long as we have a deeper connection.
“If you are my partner and you feel like somebody else might be better than me, then I’ll go drive you to that guy’s house,” he said.
However, he debunked the rumoured relationship with Waje.
He said he delayed his response to the rumour because he wanted to observe what would happen.
“No, this was completely Waje’s idea. We find out about our love the same time.
“Waje is a good friend of mine, and I’m fine with her being my friend,” Ric Hassani said.
