Former President Goodluck Jonathan says he has no doubt that Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala will excel in her new appointment as a member of South Africa’s Presidential Economic Advisory Council.
Okonjo-Iweala served as the coordinating minister for the economy/finance minister under Jonathan’s administration.
Jonathan who disclosed this on his official Facebook page said Okonjo-Iweala left indelible marks as an astute manager of Nigeria’s economy and resources.
According to him, “I am delighted that you have continued to place your substantial wealth of experience as a development economist at the service of many nations and international organisations to aid global growth and progress.”
