Efe Ejeba who won the penultimate Big Brother Nigeria has revealed that he has only about N75k out of his total prize money
The charismatic housemate beat out Bisola and T-Boss to win the ultimate prize.
He has since tried to get into rapping, but that doesn’t seem to have panned out as well as he’d have liked it to.
Speaking in an interview with Hot FM, Efe was asked how much was left out of his N25m prize and he answered that only N75k remained
“Yo man, I basically have like 75k in my account. It was 100k, but yesterday night, we went to the least expensive bar to chill with the 25k,”
After the debacle that was his rap career, the Big Brother alumnus has tried a different tack, now releasing Afrobeat songs
When asked why he switched, he said: “It’s a total switch of vibe, I need a hit. On the other side, I am an artiste, evolving is one of the stuff. Right now, the vibe I am feeling now is the Afro vibe, it can switch anytime.

Efe also said he’d developed a thick skin which was what he was able to do to survive some of the backlash a lot of his work has received
“Days back even as a young boy, I have been given the opportunity to prove myself. I don’t know, maybe because I always go beyond my mates or my level so I am used to it.
“I don’t care about how you feel about me or what you think about me, I always have a goal, I have my plans regardless of what it turns out to be.”
