I Want Immigrants From ‘Everywhere’ – Donald Trump

1 Min Read

Controversial US President, Donald Trump has said he wants immigrants from “everywhere” to come into the United States.

He said this while welcoming President Nursultan Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan to the White House on Tuesday.

In a meeting with the foreign leader in the Oval Office, he said, “I want them to come in from everywhere.”

Trump was said to be responding to a question on whether he wants immigrants from Norway as he allegedly said in a January 11 meeting with some federal lawmakers.

Trump’s latest comment stands in sharp contrast with last week’s comments where he allegedly said African nations and Haiti were “shithole countries”.

U.S. Democratic Senator Dick Durbin claimed that the president used “shithole” several times during the meeting, an allegation Trump denied.
