I Collected $4million Furniture From Aluko, Omokore, I’m Ready To Go To Jail – Diezani Alison-Madueke Makes Shocking Revelations

A former Petroleum Minister in the country, Diezani Alison-Madueke who has been embroiled in a series of investigations in connection with embezzlement and diversion of funds accruing up to billions of dollars has in a recorded conversation which surfaced online threatened to expose her alleged co-conspirators, Kola Aluko and Jide Omokore.

The former minister who is facing several multi-billion dollar fraud and money laundering cases in Nigeria, the U.K and America made this known in a recorded conversation between her and some investigators questioning her over her alleged participation in the corruption allegations.

The details of the conversation between the former minister and the interrogators has since been filed as part of a civil complaint by the U.S Department of Justice (DoJ) who is seeking the forfeiture of the sum of $144million slush fund.

The Minister in the recorded conversation with Mr. Kola Aluko on May 14, 2014 was heard in an angry tone admitting to helping her co-conspirators to secure the multi-billion dollars Strategic Alliance Agreements (SAAs) deals.

The conversation recorded by the Minister herself further witnessed the former minister threatening to spill the beans before her co-conspirator, Kola Aluko had the chance to blackmail her.

Diezani Alison-Madueke in the recorded conversation threatened to reveal to Nigerians her role in the multi-billion dollar corruption scandal adding that she was ready to follow Kola Aluko and Jide Omokore to jail.

She said in the audio file: “I said tell him [i.e., ALUKO] to bring everything out, and then you know what will happen? No problem, I will be happy to escort all of you to jail along with myself. I said, in fact, you’ll be shocked by what I will do.

“Because when it comes to that, I will come out and tell the Nigerian people this is what happened. Oh, yes, I will blame myself, but it [INAUDIBLE] place and everything. Anything they want to say, I am happy to go.

“But I will come out openly and say it so that they can judge me openly. And then all of us go and sit on the gate. Let us see who survived [INAUDIBLE], me or you.”

The former minister further admitted that she collected furnitures from the duo, Kola Aluko and Jide Omokore which was not worth more than $4million.

She said: “The furniture they gave me didn’t come to more than four million dollars, altogether. [INAUDIBLE] it is truth. I was with [INAUDIBLE],” she said.
