An Islamic cleric has earned himself a suspension notice after a rather embarrassing situation which got him hospitalized.
The Turkish Islamic leader, 39, was suspended after doctors found ‘pieces of cucumber’ up his anus.
The yet unidentified Imam was rushed into the emergency section with complaints of severe abdominal pain and anal bleeding.
Leaked doctor’s report confirmed that the rectum and anal bleeding was caused by the presence of foreign materials in his rectum.
Following the Islamic leader’s treatment, doctors kept him for 24 hours for proper observation. Upon discharge, he was met with a suspension notice from the local branch of the Religious Affairs Directorate.
